COURTYARD COTTAGE
Courtyard Cottage has been converted from one of the original old farm buildings – it’s believed it was the Harlech Estate Managers office. Both the large bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, but access from the Kitchen and Living area to Bedroom One is via Bedroom Two (or via a short walk on the patio). For avoidance of doubt, check the floorplan of the cottage to be found amongst the general photos. The cottage is a perfect hideaway for a maximum of four guests, plus one additional infant (under two years old.) Check in day and Tariff varies according to season and length of stay with a two night minimum stay. Check our booking engine to see if we can accommodate your chosen dates - If timings are not quite what you are after, please do send us an enquiry – we try to be flexible and may be able to adjust. There is comfortable parking for two vehicles in the main house courtyard.
The two super king beds can be broken down to form two twins by prior arrangement, and there is a seated area to the rear for enjoyment of the peace and quiet, as well as free access to our childrens play area within the grounds.
The cottage kitchen is supplied with the essentials such as tea, coffee, sugar and some milk to get you started. Fresh linen and towels are supplied.
The cottage offers all mod cons; a Washer dryer, TV, DVD, along with High Speed Broadband for those who have to have it! Note mobile phone signal is atrocious, as you would expect from our rural location.
Guests staying for a week or more will receive a welcome basket on arrival.
There are plentiful books, games, jigsaws, children’s toys and garden furniture and a selection of DVDs for those rainy days. High Chair and travel cot for one infant are also available.
And we have a 22kW EV charger on site for those of you that have made the change from fossils to clean motoring, and offer charging at market rates, payment by cash or card. Additionally, guests have the opportunity to interact with our pair of llamas, Arrabella and Aphrodite – we’re told its the high spot of many people’s stays!
