LITTLE UNDERHILL
Little Underhill is part of the original complex of farm buildings pertaining to Underhill House – it was originally the stables and hay loft of the farm. Today it is a beautifully presented four bedroom holiday cottage with its own private garden, and parking for up to four vehicles. The bedrooms consist of a master bedroom with superking bed, and three further bedrooms with kingsize beds of which two can be split to twin on prior request. One bedroom offers an ensuite shower room. The cottage sleeps a maximum of eight guests plus two additional infants (under two years old.) Check in and Tariff varies according to season and length of stay with a two night minimum stay. The large farm house table in the Kitchen Diner can comfortably accommodate all your party– and in the event that the whole site is booked can be expanded to seat up to fourteen by prior arrangment. High chair and travel cots are available for up to two infants.
There is a Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, whilst the kitchen features an Aga and dishwasher – as well as an induction ring for those who need it. Basic essentials such as tea, coffee, sugar and some milk to get you started come as standard. Seven day stays receive a welcome basket.
The 22kW EV charger is available for guests use and billed at market rates, payable by cash or card.
Fresh linen and towels are provided; and TV, DVD and high speed broadband come as standard – there’s a selection of DVDs for those rainy days.
There’s a woodburning stove in the sitting room for those chilly winter evenings, and we supply all the logs you need as part of the package. And we have a table football game set up in the snug to get the heart racing when all the country quiet gets too much for you.
Use of the large patio and cottage garden with its expansive lawn and beautifully tended beds is exclusive to Little Underhill, along with free access to the childrens play area for supervised use. And there’s an opportunity to meet Arrabella and Aphrodite the llamas at some point in the stay should you wish it!
